We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of this Agreement, with or without prior notice. Appeals may be submitted to our Security Department.

Inactive accounts may be suspended after 30 days and permanently removed after 90 days, including forfeiture of all associated data and earnings.

Any form of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity may result in account suspension and legal action.

All purchases must be completed using approved payment methods. We may request additional verification for any transaction or payout.

You are responsible for your own tax reporting. We do not offer tax advice or filing services.

This Agreement does not establish an employment or partnership relationship. You may not represent or act on behalf of us in any capacity.

Chargebacks will incur a fee of $25 USD plus the original transaction amount. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be suspended.

We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites. Accessing such links is at your own risk.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interruptions, errors, or harmful content.

We may disclose your data to law enforcement upon lawful request without prior notice.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability will not exceed the amount you have paid us.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of our services.

You may only use our intellectual property with our express permission. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Affiliate links may appear on our site. We may receive commissions from purchases made through those links.

Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account at any time. This process is irreversible and removes all associated data and earnings. Verification may be required to process your request.

We comply with GDPR and other data privacy laws. Account and data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We do not share mobile user data with third parties for marketing purposes. All opt-in data is protected under this policy.
